v\u00f6llig neue, ganz andere Herausforderung f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten. Allgemeiner Maschinenbau hat eben viele Schattierungen zu bieten. Die Klasse TS1M hatte sich entschlossen, am ersten Selber Seifenkistenrennen mit einem eigenen Fahrzeug teilzunehmen. Von Januar bis Mai wurde entworfen und verworfen, in Solid Edge konstruiert und simuliert; L\u00f6sungen wurden im Fach Konstruktion 1 pr\u00e4sentiert und mussten rechnerischen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen standhalten.<\/p>\n Fahrdynamik-Szenarien wurden durchgedacht, Fliehkr\u00e4fte in Physik berechnet, diese Kr\u00e4fte dann in Technischer Mechanik als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr Festigkeitsberechnungen weiter verarbeitet und schlie\u00dflich und endlich als Basis f\u00fcr die Bewertung des eigenen Entwurfs herangezogen.<\/p>\n F\u00fcr Rallye und Rennsport sind direkte pr\u00e4zise Lenkungen unentbehrlich. Wieso sollte dieser Lenkungstyp nicht auch f\u00fcr eine \u201eSeifenkiste\u201c gut sein? Im Fach Konstruktion 1 berechneten die Technikersch\u00fcler die Geometrie einer Trapezlenkung, deren Antrieb \u00fcber Ritzel und Zahnstange erfolgt. Wie sich sp\u00e4ter in der Fahrerprobung herausstellen sollte, war die Entscheidung f\u00fcr diesen Lenkungstyp richtig. Er ist f\u00fcr das pr\u00e4zise Steuern eines Fahrzeugs entlang der Ideallinie einer Kurve genial.<\/p>\n In den Werkst\u00e4tten am Pestalozziplatz wurden die einzelnen Komponenten f\u00fcr den TS1M-Prototypen von den Sch\u00fclern hergestellt und zusammengebaut. Die Karosserie aus Holzwerkstoffen wurde am den selbst geschwei\u00dften Stahlrahmen verschraubt. Am Ende wurde die Lackierung in mattschwarz aufgetragen. Um dem Fahrzeug ein professionelleres Aussehen zu verleihen, hoben die angehenden Techniker die windschnittige Form der Karosserie durch Aufkleben von roten Rallyestreifen hervor.<\/p>\n Am Renn-Sonntag fr\u00fchmorgens in Selb standen dann alle zum Wettbewerb angemeldeten Fahrzeuge nebeneinander. Die Sch\u00fcler der TS1M vernahmen hier bereits lobende Worte aus den Reihen der Zuschauer. Dann ging es an den Start. Zun\u00e4chst Probel\u00e4ufe, dann Qualifying und letztendlich die Wertungsl\u00e4ufe. Insgesamt wurde die etwa einen halben Kilometer lange Strecke bestimmt 14 mal absolviert. Der Renner hielt und der Pilot Steffen Kemnitzer bewies in jeder Situation Nervenst\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n Am Abend des 30. Juni 2013 konnte sich das Team der Technikerschule Hof \u00fcber den ersten Platz beim ersten Selber Seifenkistenrennen freuen.
