Das Projekt „TAI Service-Team“ ist der Betrieb einer Sch\u00fclerfirma in unserer Schule. Die Sch\u00fcler der Klasse TAI12 arbeiten in der Sch\u00fclerfirma TAI Service-Team (TST) und bieten einen technischen Kundendienst am Schulort Hof an. In der Sch\u00fclerfirma werden alle betrieblichen Abl\u00e4ufe wie in einer realen Firma von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Rechnungsstellung durchgef\u00fchrt. Das TST besteht aktuell aus den Abteilungen Verwaltung, Werkstatt und Marketing. Weiterhin wird das Einordnen in betriebliche Strukturen, die \u00dcbernahme von Verantwortung sowie kreatives und eigenverantwortliches Handeln gefordert und gef\u00f6rdert. Nat\u00fcrlich werden bei den Arbeiten auch Fehler gemacht. Daraus lernen die Sch\u00fcler jedoch meist mehr, als wenn alles normal verl\u00e4uft.<\/span><\/p>\n
